Strategic Plan
The 2010-2014 Strategic Plan focuses on several key projects that will make an impact on the redevelopment efforts of downtown Decatur. This plan includes streetscape projects, development of key downtown areas, and Partnership for Progress Campaign. Many of the action items included in the Strategic Plan have already been completed or are currently underway. Updates can be found in the Works in Progress section of this website.
