Streetscape Projects
Streetscape projects have been a major part of the redevelopment plans for Downtown Decatur. Some streetscape plans, including the addition of new trees have already been completed. Other plans are currently in development.

Timeline:
- Summer 2011: Second Avenue streetscape project should be going out to bid within the next few weeks and could begin construction late summer/early fall.
- Summer 2011: Lower Bank Street streetscape plan is in design phase now.
